The Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC), intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed price contract to Hill-Rom, Inc. (KNLGMBCHK347), under the authority at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source will be solicited because of urgency for the services to be in operation. The NAICS code is 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services, with an associated small business size standard of $34M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued.
