Notice of Intent to Sole Source – Preventative Maintenance (PM) Service Contract

PURPOSE This request is to purchase a Preventative Maintenance (PM) Service Contract conducted by a vendor. The purpose of this acquisition is to place a mechanism to ensure that the PEAK Genius XE SCI gas generator receives the necessary maintenance and repairs when it is necessary at a minimum cost to the Government.

PLAN DETAILS The complete service plan covers/includes for each generator: 1 or 2 (depending on model of generator) on-site Preventative Maintenance visits per year by a Peak engineer All maintenance parts, labor and engineer travel charges - Full function check - Component retrofits carried out when applicable Compressor Repair / Replacement included when required (compressors internal to the generator only) Breakdown/Repair Service with priority on site Engineer availability – including all breakdown/repair parts, labor and engineer travel charges Guaranteed on-site response time of 48 hours (UK, Ireland and mainland USA) / 72 hours (rest of the world) for break-down calls Online Technical Support Peak Scientific T&Cs and Warranty Statement apply Complete Service Plan 48: (SL3) An all- inclusive package All labor/travel included Peak certified technician No unexpected additional costs Breakdowns - 100% Coverage 48-hour priority response time to breakdowns/unplanned maintenance Breakdowns include ALL call-out/labor/parts Preventative Maintenance One (1) onsite preventative maintenance visit Full system check All recommended annual parts Software & component upgrades when applicable Compressor Maintenance/ Compressor replacement when needed
