Notice of Intent to Sole Source – Press Ganey Associates, Inc.

This procurement is for one base year plus four option years of patient experience surveying services. The services are required to allow the NIH Clinical Center to manage the ongoing data collection, data management, and national benchmarking needed to maintain hospital accreditation by organizations such as the Joint Commission and American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Magnet Recognition Program, among others.

Press Ganey offers a web-based patient experience surveying platform that provides the organization with a comprehensive picture of the healthcare experience as told by CC patients. Press Ganey has the largest datasets in the field for benchmarking of CC performance against other US hospitals and clinics, and a robust, user-friendly web-based portal that allows for actionable data to improve CC operations.

Together with their HCAHPS-approved Patient Experience platform, RN Satisfaction/RN Engagement and Nurse-Sensitive Clinical Quality Indicators are needed to support ongoing Magnet accreditation. Press Ganey is the only company to offer all three services.
