The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit (SSU), Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC), located at US Hwy 491 North, Shiprock, NM 87420 has an upcoming requirement for right (8) Registered Nurse (RN) for the Ambulatory Care Department. The Period of Performance for six (6) of the requirements will be for a Base Period of six (6) months with one (1) Option Period of six (6) months. The Period of Performance for two (2) of the requirements will be for a Base Period of six (6) months with no Option Periods to extend. The Request for Quotations Notice ID: NNMC_NonPSC_AmbulatoryCareRNs using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by December 11, 2024. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price.

Quotes will be due on or by December 24, 2024. The acquisition is a set-aside for Buy-Indian Small Business.
