Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) and Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic announce the Information Warfare Research Project (IWRP) Consortium Adhoc Virtual Industry Day hosted by Advanced Technology International (ATI), the IWRP consortium management firm, on 23 April 2025, at 1030 Eastern Time. The event will be completely virtual, please reach out to ATI for additional information.

It is anticipated that the topics may be the basis of upcoming Requests for Prototype Projects (RPPs) to IWRP consortium members. This is not an RPP and is intended for planning purposes only. A project will not be awarded from this announcement. The Government will be presenting two (2) Pre- Solicitation Collaborations (PSCs). The PSCs will include a short brief and one-on-one breakout sessions. In order to obtain more information regarding the below projects, you must be a member of the IWRP consortium.

1. 25 LANT 2754 Data Interoperability PSC1: The Infrastructure and Interface (I&I) Pillar within PMW-200 Logistic Information Technology (LOG IT) under Program Executive Office Manpower Logistics and Business Solutions (PEO-MLB) is seeking a novel middleware technical stack solution based on commercial off the shelf (COTS) products that addresses data interoperability challenges across various globally dispersed authoritative data sources.

2. 25 LANT 2774 – LINC PaaS PSC2: The Program Executive Office (PEO) Manpower, Logistics and Business (MLB) Program Management Warfare (PMW)-200 Portfolio is seeking a novel hardware and software solution based on a Commercial- Off-The-Shelf (COTS) edge platform for hosting PMW-200 developed containerized software applications and deploying a single environment to support Navy modernization objectives.
