Notice of Intent to Sole Source -D-Band Passive Load-Pull System

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Acquisition Management Division intends to enter a noncompetitive contract with Focus Microwaves Group located in QC, Canada, on a sole source basis under the authority of statute 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) implemented using simplified acquisition procedures under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 for commercial products or services, for a passive source-pull/load-pull solution at D-Band frequencies.
