The Contractor shall provide NIST a customized version of their Steady-State Thermoreflectance in Fiber (SSTR-F) thermal property measurement technology comprising laser wavelengths and optical components optimized for compatibility with gold transducers to measure the thermal conductivity of thin film and multilayer materials.
