Analysis of the retina/photoreceptor Hi-C data

This Sole Source contract will be used to iintegrate diverse molecular genomic data from human and mouse retinas to compute networks of their annotation in the retina, in health, disease, development and aging. These networks will be used to explore the genomic regulations of human and mouse retina and give a biological meaning to the plethora of unexplained gene expression and retinopathies.
