Intent to award a sole source contract to provide for an extension of the CDC's Premier Healthcare Solutions data access license for an additional year of final de-duplicated data inpatient (IP) and emergency department (ED) from hospitals which will provide a necessary supplement to data collected under the National Hospital Care Survey (NHCS).
