Sources Sought_NGA Secure Space Construction (Tokyo)

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information provided, nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

Responses: We request interested parties respond to this Sources Sought with a white paper. Please provide Business Size status (Large/Small) for the NAICS code assigned above. If the respondent is a small business, also indicate if it is registered at SAM.gov as a WOSB, EDWOSB, or SDVOSB. The white paper shall be in Microsoft Word or other MicroSoft Office compatible format and shall not exceed 5 pages.

A page is defined as each face of an 8½” x 11” sheet with information contained within a one-inch margin on all sides. Font type shall be Times New Roman 12 point. Responses are due no later than 4:00 pm ET on 21 February 2024. Responses shall be limited to and submitted via e-mail only as a message attachment to chanet.n.stewart@nga.mil with the message subject line “NGA TSSC_Sources Sought Response – Contractor Name”. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED. To aid the Government, please segregate proprietary information. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned.

Summary: This Sources Sought is only intended for the Government to identify sources that can provide the needed services to fulfill the Government’s stated requirement, as defined in the attached Statement of Need. The information provided in this Sources Sought is subject to change and is not binding to the Government. The Government has not made a commitment to procure any of the Sources Sought requirements discussed, and release of this Sources Sought should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
