NATO Business Opportunity: Provision of Storage, Maintenance, and Welfare Facilities at Akkasaeter Training Area

On behalf of the Norwegian Ministry of Defense, the Norwegian Defense Estates Agency intends to issue an invitation to submit tender under the rules and procedures for National Competitive Bidding Plus (NCB+) as defined for the NATO Security Investment Program (NSIP). The contracts will cover the provision of storage, maintenance, and welfare facilities at Akkasaeter Training Area. Akkasaeter is located in Troms county in Northern Norway.

To be eligible to participate in the bidding process, U.S. bidders must 1) have professional operations in the United States and 2) be in possession of the required national certification to perform work on electrical systems in Norway so as to ensure compliance with Norwegian rules and regulations. The contracts will include, but are not limited to, the following:
