THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number NB672060-25-01925 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) conducted under the authority of FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

This RFQ, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05. The associated NAICS is 334516 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This requirement is solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
