RFI: NARA Record Center Program Billing System (RCPBS)

NARA is seeking an enterprise-level, modernized solution that provides disaster recovery, business continuity, and incorporates appropriate security functions. The modernized solution should continue to perform functions related to financial reporting, invoice generation, and other data sharing with sub-systems as required for operations. This RFI is being issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The NextGen RCPBS solution primary objectives are:

Receive monthly billing data (in comma-separated American Standard Code for Information Interchange (ASCII) files from ARCIS) for billing the customers Generate invoices and financial reports used for intergovernmental billing.
