EPDM Insulation material

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to?procure?on?an other?than full and open basis the following items:?1) Kevlar-filled EPDM (EP-708 and EP-732) Qty: 476 LB. This requirement is sole sourced to? R.E. Darling Co., Inc. at 3749 N. Romero Road Tucson, AZ 85705-3080 to?maintain the integrity of the program's historical performance data the same material must be used.

Use of any other material would invalidate previous testing and require a complete, duplicative re-qualification effort. ? This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than?5?days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.?
