The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) ITEM Keysight Technologies Peak Power Analyzer TYCOM AIR This requirement is sole sourced to Keysight Technologies, 1900 Gerden of the Gods road, Colorado Springs Co 80907-3423 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement as this is a direct replacement items must be the same to comply/align with Maintenance Requirement Card and Planned Maintenance System Cards.
