TA Instruments Discovery TGA 5500 and Discovery DMA 850

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following items; Discovery TGA 5500 and Discovery DMA 850 Instruments -1 Lot. This requirement is sole sourced to TA Instruments, 159 LUKENS Drive, New Castle, DE 19720-2765 as the only vendor able to provide the Discovery TGA 5500 and Discovery DMA 850 Instruments and the compatible with our TA Instruments TRIOS software currently being used.

Any firms believing that they can provide the Discovery TGA 5500 and Discovery DMA 850 Instruments may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0207 and clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship.

It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
