The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following This requirement is sole sourced to Applied Research Associates (ARA) 4300 San Mateo Blvd. Suite A-220 NM, 8711 as ARA is the provider of previous research. The current research needs to be provided by the same company for compatibility purposes.
