Contractor shall comply with Federal, State and local laws, rules, and regulations that will ensure their serviceability and prevent deterioration in value or effectiveness. The Contractor shall provide a draft plan of actions and milestones (POA&M) with its proposal for Government review.

Additional Chemical shall only be added as needed to “top off” cylinders or to refill the cylinder in the event there has been damage of some kind to the cylinder *AS-NEEDED ONLY Hose and Gauge Replacement Service for Wheeled Units shall only be required after discharge or failure. *AS NEEDED ONLY Corrective maintenance to be performed to the units and services required are in line with the scope of the contract.
