digital intercom and loudspeaker systems

Mayport require working digital intercom and loudspeaker systems for safety of personnel, mission and aircraft. These system(s) are to be programed/designed to pass emergent, urgent, and safety related information to all hands within each of HSM-40’s, HSM-48’s and HSM-50’s spaces individually. These spaces include, but not limited to, individual work center spaces, bathrooms, hangar bay, and areas outside and inside the hangar bay, to include smoke pits and squadron patio areas.

Each of these three (3) Squadrons require announcement coverage and announcement volume to ensure communications and commands can be understood during working conditions. This will include, but not limited to, installation of multiple office & warehouse type speakers, multiple base stations, multiple 1-way announcement speakers, and multiple 2-way announcement speakers with microphones and call buttons to communicate between departments and base stations for communications and in an emergency situation.
