This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared In Accordance With (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items”, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The purpose of this requirement is to provide Preventative Maintenance, Emergency visits, and parts with repair for the 12 point RKI Pioneer - 16R Detection System; one (1) at Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).

SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE: All quotes must be received by the closing date/time on 16 Sept 2025,12:00 pm EST. Preferred delivery method for submission of your quote is via email: christine.w.butler2.civ@us.navy.mil. Quotes shall include at a minimum, the following:

Unit pricing per line item as shown on the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). Vendor Contact Name, Phone Number, and e-mail Address Company Cage Code and Unique Entity ID Number Business Size: Small/Large/Other Offeror Representations and Certifications (52.212-3)

RFQ N68852026Q1000 Contract Type: Under FAR Part 13.3 the Government intends to award a single firm fixed price (FFP) award.

Place of Delivery, Inspection, and Acceptance: Delivery FOB Destination.

CHERRY POINT, NC 28533 Conformance to SOW: You must provide the supplies in accordance with the RFQ/SOW. Unless an exception is specifically noted within your quote, your quote will be considered to be in complete conformance to the solicited requirements.

BASIS FOR SELECTION: Pursuant to FAR 12.602 contract award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106. Offeror’s submissions will be evaluated based upon the following:

Technical: quote must be rated as technically acceptable to be eligible for award.

Price: Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offer.

Cost of Quotes: Expenses incurred in the preparation of quotes in response to this RFQ are the vendor’s sole responsibility and not reimbursable by the Government.
