Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) hereby gives notice of thier intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to NLign Analytics, Inc. on a sole source basis. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.405-6(a)(C), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) NLign Software Maintenance/Support COMFRC requires annual maintenance servess on the following:

NLign Standard DoD Enterprise User Software Maintenance/Support (qty 10) NLign Professional DoD Enterprise Software Maintenance/Support (qty 3) NThread DoD Enterprise Server Software Maintenance/Support (qty 1) THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUIEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, chich, if received prior to the closing of this synopsis, will be considered.

Information received witll be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement without impacting the requirement. A determaination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Governement.
