Anark Software Subscription

The Commander Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) Procurement Group, Patuxent River, MD 20670 hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to Anark Corporation; 4775 Walnut Street Suite 200 Boulder, Colorado 80301 (Cage Code: 3C0A3) on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(i), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC East) has a requirement for Anark Software Subscription in support of Digital Data Center’s Model-Based De?nition (MBD) project that is digitizing and automating the ?ow of aircraft parts designs from Engineering to Manufacturing. Software Subscription includes license, maintenance, and support. Anark Corporation is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of Anark Software Subscription and retains all proprietary rights.

Anark does not partner with any resellers for this software support. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within five (5) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
