RFQ Amendment N6852025Q0036 U0001 Extends the due date until 08/29/2025 4:00 PM EDT. A copy of the amendment document is attached, that summarizes these changes and a conformed copy of the RFQ is attached that incorporates these changes into a new RFQ document, that should be used in place of document titled "N6852025Q0036", which was removed. No Other changes made.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared In Accordance With (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items”, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation;

Set Aside: None. This will be a full and open competition. NAICS code for this announcement is 336415, and small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being issued for the Firm Fixed Priced procurement of materials and labor required for the off-site fabrication of twenty-three (23) finished launch tubes for Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW), NAS North Island, P.O. Box 357058, San Diego, CA 92135-7058.

Pursuant to FAR 12.602 contract award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106. Offeror’s submissions will be evaluated on a lowest-price, technically acceptable basis, considering the following factors: Technical and Price.

(1) Technical: The quote must be rated as technically acceptable to be eligible for award. In order to be technically acceptable, the Quote must demonstrate compliance with all terms and conditions of the solicitation, compliance with all salient characteristics identified in the Statement of Work, and the Schedule of Items.. The Quote must provide sufficient detail to demonstrate that the vendor understands the scope of the Government's requirements. Quotes that fail to meet the above will be technically unacceptable and rejected.

(2) Price: Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offer.

Discussions: The Government intends to award a purchase order without discussions with respective vendors/quoters. The Government however, reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in its best interest.

Cost of Quotes: Expenses incurred in the preparation of quotes in response to this RFQ are the vendor’s sole responsibility and not reimbursable by the Government. Solicitation documentation is export controlled and requires the offeror to be registered via the Defense Logistics Agency’s Joint Certification Program (JCP). Offerors shall submit a DD 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement with their quote.??
