Anticipated award for this requirement will be made to successful Offeror's response to N6852025Q0005.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared In Accordance With (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items”, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested.

The purpose of this requirement is to provide of ten (10) Rotary Retract Engine Cable Tensioner Piston Rods at Fleet Readiness Center Mid-Atlantic (FRCMA) in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), provided in Section C of the attached RFQ N6852025Q0005.

Place of Delivery: Delivery FOB Destination. Address for Delivery is provided in RFQ, Section F. Conformance to SOW: You must provide the supplies in accordance with the RFQ/SOW. Unless an exception is specifically noted within your quote, your quote will be considered to be in complete conformance to the solicited requirements.

Cost of Quotes: Expenses incurred in the preparation of quotes in response to this RFQ are the vendor’s sole responsibility and not reimbursable by the Government. INSTRUCTIONS to Offerors for submitting Quotes QUOTES shall include*:

BASIS FOR SELECTION: Pursuant to FAR 12.602 contract award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106. Offeror’s submissions will be evaluated based upon the following:

Technical: quote must be rated as technically acceptable to be eligible for award. In order to be deemed technically acceptable, the salient characteristics listed in the solicitation must be met.

Price: Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offer based upon salient characteristics from an Offeror with an acceptable Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) rating.
