The Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) hereby gives notice fo their intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to PTC, Inc. , on a sole source basis. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.405(a) (C), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

Fleet Readiness Center South West (FRCSW) PTC ApexAda V4.4 and V5.0 Software License Renewal Support COMFRC requires software license annual subscription support for the following PTC ApexAda software:: V4.4; Part # SPN-DAEEE0000-F V5.0; Part # MNT-DAEE13510F-T2 PTC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and retains all the proprietary/techncal data rights required in order to supply the required and necessary annual software licenses and support.
