SOURCE CODE PURCHASE OF BLUE YONDER INC. MRO AND EPP SOFTWARE WITH TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES

This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii).

The Commander Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) intends to solicit and award a sole source Firm Fixed price purchase for Blue Yonder MRO(Maintenance Repair and Overhaul)/EPP (Enterprise Project Planner) software source code and technical support services via modification under current contract N68520-20-C-0004 from Blue Yonder Inc.(formerly JDA Software) under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. A sources sought notice associated with this synopsis was posted on 12 February 2024 to identify availability and technical capability of Industry to provide the required software code and technical support services with no responses.

The Government does not possess the technical data and/or the rights necessary to competitively award a contract for this requirement. Blue Yonder is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and developer of MRO and EPP software and is the sole supplier for United States customers. Blue Yonder possesses the requisite knowledge and expertise required to satisfy the Government’s minimum requirements in an expeditious manner.
