The purpose of this Update is to Post RFQ Amendment 0001. Attachments include a conformed copy of the RFQ through Amendment 0001 and a copy of Amendment 0001. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to change Unit of Issue for CLINS 0001, 1001, 2001, and 3001 for standard on-site Scheduled Maintenance / Preventative Maintenance (PM) from monthly to quarterly, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). As a result the Quantity of these CLINS is reduced from 12 to four (4). Provide a price for each ITEM NO in Section B of the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with the Unit of Issue and Quantity. SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE is NOT extended.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared In Accordance With (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items”, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are requested.

The purpose of this requirement is to provide scheduled and emergency maintenance services and on-site training to be performed to cryogenic liquid tanks, cryogenic liquid cylinders, cryogenic liquid and gas delivery systems and other industrial gas systems in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), provided as Section C of the attached RFQ N68520-24-Q-0032. The SOW lists three Reference Documents: Attachments A, B and C. All three are attached to this Synopsis/Solicitation.

Place of Delivery, Inspection, and Acceptance: Delivery FOB Destination.

Address for Delivery: is provided in RFQ, Section F. Conformance to SOW: You must provide the supplies in accordance with the RFQ/SOW. Unless an exception is specifically noted within your quote, your quote will be considered to be in complete conformance to the solicited requirements.

BASIS FOR SELECTION: Pursuant to FAR 12.602 contract award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106. Offeror’s submissions will be evaluated based upon the following:

Technical: quote must be rated as technically acceptable to be eligible for award. In order to be deemed technically acceptable, the salient characteristics listed in the solicitation must be met.

Price: Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offer from an Offeror with an acceptable Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) rating. Delivery.

Cost of Quotes: Expenses incurred in the preparation of quotes in response to this RFQ are the vendor’s sole responsibility and not reimbursable by the Government.
