Synopsis EXTENDED SERVICE/REPAIR CONTRACT AND ENGINE HEALTH CENTER SUPPORT OF JetSCAN INSTRUMENTS AND EQUIPMENT The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to issue a contract on a non-competitive sole source basis to Rolls-Royce Corporation (CAGE Code 63005) Indianapolis, IN for Repair and Service to maintain the four (4) JetSCAN Oil Analyzer for the United States Marine Corp (USMC) Harrier Operations in support of the USMC’s AV-8B Harrier, F-402 engines.

The contract shall be for one (1) base year and three (3) option years. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c ) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data drawings or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.

A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice, is solely in the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
