Polyalphaolefin (PAO) Carts Repair of Repairables

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with TLD America Corporation (CAGE: 6L481) for the issuance of delivery orders under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N68335-23-G-0025. The delivery orders will be to provide interim repair capability, calibration, and testing (repair of repairables) of the Polyalphaolefin (PAO) Carts, P/N:1133406, in support of the MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Program. The serial numbers of the PAO Carts that are to be supported are:

T62125; T62126; T62127; T62112; T39458; T58834; T39457; T58835; T39456; T71589; T71590; and T71591. TLD is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the specific components and possess the requisite knowledge, experience, technical expertise, and production-level data to repair the PAO Carts. BOA N68335-23-G-0025 was issued to TLD on 14 June 2023 in support of repair of the PAO Carts. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 U.S.C.

2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) is mandatory for consideration.

A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
