Electronic Security System (ESS) Maintenance and Repair Services

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department is seeking out qualified sources capable of providing maintenance and repair services for the Electronic Security System (ESS) located at Naval Submarine Support Facility (NSSF) Groton CT, in accordance with the DRAFT PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) attached. This is a sources sought notice ONLY. There is NO solicitation available at this time. Requests for a solicitation in response to this notice will not be answered or be taken for consideration.

This notice is issued for the sole purpose of conducting market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Interested vendors capable of satisfying this government need are encouraged to respond to this notice by 11:00 a.m. EST, 21 June 2024. The submission of information is for planning purposes only, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items or services.

The information will not be returned, and no compensation will be provided from any response to this announcement. Proprietary information submitted will be protected, when so designated.

At a minimum, kindly provide the following- 1. Capabilities statement IAW attached draft PWS (in either Word or PDF); 2. CAGE, and confirmation of an active System of Award Management (SAM) registration; 3. Type of Business (Small Business or Other than Small Business) 4. Distance of business from the Naval Submarine Base New London Groton, CT 5. GSA/SeaPort contract (if applicable) and date of contract expiration 6. Recommended NAICS code NOTE- If the requirement progresses to a solicitation, any resultant contract will only be a single award to ONE vendor.
