The purpose of this amendment is to attach "Attachment (4) Questions and Answers" and "Attachment (5) Data Plates." All other terms and conditions per this solicitation remain unchanged.

AMENDMENT 00001

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date of solicitation submissions to August 5, 2024 at 12:00pm JST. All other terms and conditions per this solicitation remain unchanged. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial SAP requirement prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is N6824624Q0116 and is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05 This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and the SBP concurs with the set-aside determination.

The associate NAICS code is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard is $12,500,000. See attachment (a) – Quotation Sheet for a list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s), if applicable).

The Government requires preventive maintenance and repair as needed for their five (5) Bauer breathing air compressors, as well as calibrating their CO (Carbon Monoxide) detector and completing air sampling and certification. See attachment (1) – Statement of Work for the description of the requirements. The period of performance is for 12 months. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
