Presolicitation Notice - NAVSTA Housing Dept Car Washing Svcs

This is a presolicitation notice IAW FAR 5.101(c). The government intends to solicit quotes from Local Sources Only. The government intends to establish a purchase order for Car Wash and Detail services. The anticipated award date is 05 May 2026. The government contemplates a firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded for a one-year base period with (4) additional one-year option periods.

Naval Station Rota (NAVSTA) Housing Department requires regular exterior and interior cleaning of its vehicles in order to ensure they remain professional and presentable when transporting military and civilian personnel around the local area. A total of (15) vehicles will require both regular exterior/interior cleaning approximately once a month and in addition, will require deep cleaning approximately every six months.

Services require same day turn around and must be performed at the contractor’s facility off base.
