The Government intends to modify contract N6817122P0181 to extend the period of performance by 6 months from 01 February 2026 to 31 July 2026. The place of performance is Naples, Italy and the contractor is Singularity Security Group LLC (SSG). The estimated value of the action is approximately $2.4 million. The Government intends to solicit from only one responsible source pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (10 USC 3204(a)(1)). The labor categories are within the scope of the basic contract.

The short duration of these specialized services in an overseas location, the short turnaround time, and the continuity of management for personnel accreditation necessitate contracting with a single source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be retained by the agency for market research purposes.
