QUESTION: Could you please confirm whether these recorders are intended to be mounted on a seabed frame or if they will be mounted on a vessel?

ANSWER: They are intended to be mounted on a riverbed frame. 11/18/2025 - AMENDMENT 0005 Solicitation amended to answer questions from industry and to provide a 1x time extension to the solicitation until November 19, 2025 1200 EST. QUESTION: We have a French vendor that could provide the necessary hardware, shipped to MAI in the US/inventoried here/configured here; and likely hand delivered (or shipped if preferable) to NUWC. Would this be an acceptable approach assuming all other aspects of RFQ are satisfied?
