DPS Engineering Services Notice of Sole Source to Lockheed Martin

The Naval undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee purchase order to Lockheed Martin on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). Lockheed Martin is the only known source that can provide the DPS services in the attached Statement of Work.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Governemnt.

Alll responsible sources may submit a capabiity statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please see the attached solicitation for details.
