Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Keysight Technologies

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Keysight Technologies. The services include calibration agreements for various Keysight analyzers. The analyzers provide necessary test and measurement capabilities and address increase demand usage to perform measurements in support of Navy projects. Keysight Technologies must complete the calibrations to keep analyzers in working condition and maintain the warranty. Keysight Technologies is the only capable source who can provide the required service.
