Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Second Front

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Second Front. The items include Second Front’s Game Warden Builder (Developer Toolkit), which provides access to software development tooling, program management functions, and analysis tools in an accredited environment.

The Environment & Endpoint Configuration is included in the license and involves the Second Front team integrating Game Warden into production environments, networks, and specified hardware devices. Second Front is the only capable source who can provide the required service.
