THIS REQUIREMENT IS A SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITON IS TO PROCURE 12 MONTHS OF UNLIMITED FIRSTNET SERVICES FOR USE ON 2 DEVICES FIRSTNET IS AN INDEPENDET AUTHORITY WITHIN THE NATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION ADMINISTRATION. FIRSTNET SERVICE IS OFFERED EXCLUSIVLY THROUGH A PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP WITH AT&T. NO OTHER WIRELESS PROVIDOR IS CURRENTLY PERMITTED TO SELL FIRSTNET SERVICES.
