Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to (1) disseminate the solicitation Q and A and (2) revise attachment 3 to reflect the proper number of PWS Key Areas.

Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to (1) extend the due date of questions AND proposals by one week (see page 1) and (2) change the method of submission of questions from PIEE to e-mail (see page 60).

at 1200 PST. Questions will be consolidated among all offerors and answered via solicitation amendment one (1) week after the closing of questions. ONLY OFFERS SUBMITTED VIA THE PIEE SOLICITATION WILL BE ACCEPTED. Offers submitted via other means will not be evaluated for award.
