Notice of Intent

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Epiq. The requirement is for the purchase of the following:

X40 Enclosed SDR with 4R1T 18GHz Mezzanine (ES054-112-01) QTY 1 X40 Fan and Heatsink Unit (ES054-104) QTY 1 Matchstiq X40 Power Brick/GPIO Cable Kit (ES054-113) QTY 1 A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 334419 and the business size standard is 750 employees.
