Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Unison Virtual Acquisition Office LLC.

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Georater under FAR 13.106-1(b). This is a purchase request for subscriptions to VAO for a one year term with four option years.

The requirement is for the purchase of the following:Item 0001: Passwords with no inquiry support (QTY:125)Period of Performance: One year from date of award, with four option yearsA determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The applicable NAICS Code is 513210 and the business size standard is $47.0 (in millions).Interested offerors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
