Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract on a sole source basis to Domino Data Lab Inc. under the under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." The contract will consist of a 12 month base effort and one 12 month option effort which may run sequentially or concurrently to the base. This is not a request for quotes.

Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may submit a capability statement. Capability statements received will be evaluated to determine technical merit. Responses must be submitted in writing via email no later than 4:00PM PDT on 28 November 2024. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
