N66001-25-R-0014 – Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to LOCKHEED MARTIN CORPORATION (CAGE 3FMK4) The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a non-competitive basis to LOCKHEED MARTIN CORPORATION (CAGE Code: 3FMK4).

The requirement provides the Department of the Navy and other Agencies' installation, program management, maintenance, modernization, and sustainment of Radiant Mercury (RADMERC) systems and will provide system security authorization support, and logistics and training services. Based on the approved Justification and Approval (J&A) (which will be posted after award), the agency has identified only one responsible source and no other supplier will satisfy agency requirements.

The applicable NAICS code is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services and the business size standard is $34.0M. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing that it can perform these services may be considered by the agency.

Interested parties may identify its interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis, and must clearly demonstrate the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of services provided.
