Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Moveworks, Inc. for subscriptions and support services to enhance user experience and increase efficiencies for the COSMOS ecosystem. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201.

The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacifics intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis Moveworks, Inc. (DUNS NY43SUCE6Y57, CAGE Code 9C6Q7) of 1400 Terra Bella Avenue, Mountain View, CA 94043. Period of Performance (PoP): DOA ? 12 months, and 4 option years of 12-month PoP each.

The Government intends to negotiate solely with Moveworks, Inc. under either authority of FAR 8.405-6(a), FAR 13.106-1(b), or FAR 16.505(b)(2), Only One Responsible/Capable Source of meeting the Governments requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 513210 Software Publishers, and the business size standard is $47 (millions of dollars).

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement to be considered by the Government. All responses received before the close date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
