The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warefare Center Pacific (NIWC PACIFIC) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with QRC Technologies, Inc (CAGE: 4R3U9). This requirement is for the purchase of the following:ICF Family 1 Year Silver Maintenance This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote.

A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.
