The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with MathWorks, Inc. under FAR 13.106-1(b). This is a purchase request to renew the software provided by MathWorks, Inc. for one year of performance. The requirement is for the purchase of the following:Item 0001:

However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
