Description: The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to San Diego Shade and Linoleum, Inc. (herein referred to as "SD Shade").

The requirement is for the purchase, delivery and installation of new window coverings (roller shades) and the removal of any existing coverings damaged by recent renovations performed by NIWC Facilities, previously performed by SD Shade.

A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337920, Blind and Shade and the business size standard is 1,000 employees.
