N66001-25-Q-6168- Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Herrick Technology Laboratories, Inc. (HTL)

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PACIFIC) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with HTL. The requirement is for the purchase of the following:

ITEM 0001 3UVPX Dual Channel Transceiver 2 Mhz to 20,000 Mhz. SOSA/CMOSS Release 1 aligned Transceiver has 2 channels, 2 MHz-20 GHz frequency range, 80 MHz/channel instantaneous bandwidth (BW), be SOSA aligned, and 1" width, VITA 48 mechanical specifications. Part Number is 910-00283-010. Based on the attached redacted approved Justification for Non-Competitive Procurement (JNCP, the agency has identified only one reasonable source, and no other supplier will satisfy agency requirements.

A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 334220 and the business size is 1,250 employees.
