Notice of Intent to issue a Sole Source Modificaiton to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation

Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a contract modification on a sole source basis to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation under the under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." JJHBEYM2DJ66 CAGE: 1BB89 6120 LONGBOW DR Boulder, CO 80301-3206 Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation will be tasked with the development, implementation, and testing for RGS-A to provide uplink and downlink capability to the Legacy Space Based Infrared System Geosynchronous Earth Orbit (SBIRS GEO) and Next Generation Overhead Persistent Infrared Geosynchronous Earth Orbit (NGG) space vehicles. This is not a request for proposals.

Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may submit a capability statement. Capability statements received will be evaluated to determine technical merit. Responses must be submitted in writing via email no later than 11:00AM PDT on 29 April 2024. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
