FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 541511and the business size standard is 34 (millions of dollars). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be considered by the Government.

All responses received before this date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
